| Top - The "Stanley" knife. This is
very strong but the blade is too thick for the fine work of dolls house furniture. Centre - Sturdy handle with fine cutting but rigid blade. Ideal for dolls house furniture. Bottom - The scalpel is thin and flexible and will easily break under pressure. Unsuitable for dolls house furniture. |
| Left - Angled blade - Useful for cutting thick timber. Centre - Chisel blade - It does what it says but not generally used for making dolls house furniture. Right - Angled blade - Best shape for cutting and the only one that I use for dolls house furniture. |
